Finding the right mattress is not easy and there is only one way to truly test it – You have to sleep on it

We want you to love and enjoy our products as much as we do, this is why we offer our Snug Guarantee, a 28 Night’s Sleep Trial that allows you time to discover if the mattress is the right firmness and comfort level for your perfect night’s sleep. 

How do I use my Snug Guarantee?

You have 28 nights from date of delivery to sleep on your mattress. 

If you are not feeling that it’s offering you the right level of support, comfort and snugness. 

Let us know within the 28 nights period and we will offer you an exchange to a more suitable mattress. 

Go to our website and have a look at our other mattresses. Keep in mind the firmness of your current mattress and decide if you need to go harder or softer. 

(If the new mattress is of a higher value, the difference will need to be paid)

Terms and Conditions

We will offer an exchange, as part of our Snug Guarantee. This will be based on the following understanding of what is and is not included or covered. 

What does the guarantee include and cover?

  1. We will offer an exchange on mattress that have been slept on for more than 14 nights, but less that 28 nights  

What does the guarantee not include or cover? 

  1. An exchange for mattresses that have been soiled 
  2. An exchange based on either size or colour of the mattress rather than comfort 
  3. Mattresses that haven’t been bought at www.snugology.com 
  4. Any product outside our mattress range 
  5. Exchanges for damaged mattresses* 
  6. Mattresses that have been used for more than 28 nights 

* We will not exchange a product that has been damaged or marked in any way. Snugology also reserves the right to refuse any exchange, should they breach our T&Cs. 


No. The 28 Night Sleep Trial only allows for you to exchange your mattress for another mattress from the Snugology website.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the product (including any right relating to any faults with the mattress).

  • Admin charges may apply to cover any additional delivery costs and removal of the original product
  • If you're exchanging for a more expensive product, you will be required to cover the additional cost

The 28 Nights Sleep Trial can only be used once per purchase of a mattress. This means if you decide to use the 28 Nights Sleep Trial on a mattress you have bought, and you decide to exchange it for another product, then the 28 Nights Sleep Trial cannot be applied to the second product you receive if it is not suitable.
